How It Works

Here are steps that will be taken after you report the incident to us:

2. Determine liability:

We'll investigate the accident, communicate with all parties and collect evidence, including images and witness statements. This process is vital for determining liability, including compulsory third-party insurance. It helps establish whether our client is not at fault in the accident.

3. Our client at fault

If our client is responsible for the accident, we'll initiate an insurance claim through their insurer. We manage all necessary paperwork for a swift return to the road. If your policy allows, we can help select a repairer or arrange an accident loan car.

We'll also liaise with the third party involved, comparing claim costs to the client's excess. If the excess exceeds the damages, we'll negotiate and potentially settle the claim without filing an insurance claim. If costs exceed the excess, we'll provide the claim number to the third party.

4. Our client is not at fault

If you're not at fault in an accident, we'll help you get back on the road by arranging a car rental, and we can also coordinate the delivery of the vehicle to your preferred repair shop. This accident loan car ensures you have the right to drive while your repairs are in progress. It's your entitlement to use this vehicle since the accident was not your responsibility, and all related costs will be billed to the third-party insurance provider.
